The rules of our relationship — your rights, our responsibilities, and what you can expect from DobrOS.
By downloading, installing, or using the DobrOS application or website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Ing. Alexander Frič (OSVČ — Czech sole trader, IČO: 05939470, Praha) ("DobrOS", "we", "us", "our"). If the operator of the application changes in the future, we will inform you in advance within the application.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
The minimum age for independent use of the app in the Czech Republic is 15. This reflects the digital age of consent in the Czech Republic under Act No. 110/2019 Coll., § 7 (the Czech GDPR implementation act). In countries where local law requires a higher age for independent consent, that higher age applies.
If we learn that someone below the applicable age threshold has created an account independently without parental consent, we will delete the account without undue delay.
DobrOS is currently available in Czech and English.
DobrOS is a personal development and mental wellbeing application. It provides tools for habit tracking, journaling, mood monitoring, cognitive exercises, focus timers, goal setting, and educational content related to wellbeing and personal growth.
DobrOS is not a medical device, medical application, or healthcare service. It does not provide medical diagnosis, medical advice, clinical therapy, or treatment of any kind.
The content, features, and information provided in DobrOS are for general informational and personal development purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare provider.

Always seek the advice of your doctor or other qualified health professional before beginning any wellness program or making changes to your health routine, particularly if you have a pre-existing medical condition.
DobrOS does not use clinical terminology. References to "wellbeing", "focus", "calm", "clarity", "momentum", "memory", or "agility" within the app describe general personal development concepts, not medical or psychological diagnoses.
To use DobrOS, you must create an account using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
DobrOS is open to all users who meet the age requirement (15+). We do not gate, screen, or manually approve new accounts.

You can delete your account at any time through the app (Settings → Account → Delete Account) or via our account deletion page. Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You agree to use DobrOS only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service for users who violate these provisions.
You retain full ownership of all content you create within DobrOS, including your journal entries, habit names, goals, and any other personal data you input ("Your Content"). DobrOS does not claim any ownership rights over Your Content.
By storing Your Content in DobrOS, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This license terminates when you delete the relevant content or your account.
You are solely responsible for Your Content. You warrant that Your Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights and does not violate any applicable law.
You have the right to export your data at any time. To request a data export, contact privacy@dobros.cloud. We will provide your data in a structured, machine-readable format (JSON) within 30 days.
DobrOS is free to use. There are currently no in-app purchases or subscriptions.
All current features — including habits, mood tracking, journal, courses, brain-training games, breathing, mindfulness, and the daily plan — are available free of charge with no advertising and no feature paywalls.
If we introduce paid features in the future, any in-app payments will be processed exclusively through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store using their built-in purchase systems, and we will update these Terms before any paid feature launches.
The DobrOS application, website, and all their contents — including but not limited to the software, design, graphics, text, course content, mind game mechanics, Brain/Mind Profile methodology, and DobrOS brand identity — are owned by Ing. Alexander Frič (OSVČ, IČO 05939470) and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. If the operator of the application changes in the future, we will inform you in advance within the application.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
The DobrOS name, logo, and "Pácháme dobro ve velkém" tagline are trademarks of Ing. Alexander Frič (registration pending). Unauthorized use is prohibited.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. See dobros.cloud/delete for instructions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if:
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.
If we terminate your account without cause, we will provide reasonable advance notice.
Although we wish DobrOS a long life, we reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or completely terminate the operation of the app at any time (so-called "App Sunset"). In the event of a planned termination of the service, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance through the app and by email so that you have time to download your data using the data export feature.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you also benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence.
In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably by contacting legal@dobros.cloud first.
If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic.
For cross-border consumer disputes within the EU, refer to the information and lists of competent ADR bodies published by the European Commission under "Consumer Redress in the EU".
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before material changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you should stop using the Service and delete your account.
